We invite you to join the Eagle Bay Sugar & Spice Holiday Bake Shoppe! A festive morning of home baking, holiday cheer, and connection. Each vendor adds flavour and warmth to our community gathering. Please review the following information and register at the page bottom.
Event Details
The sale runs from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 6 at the Eagle Bay Community Hall. Promotion will take place in the Eagle, Eye, local Facebook Groups, Event Listings and Eagle Bay sign boards.
Table Information

Each table is approximately six feet long and includes a chair & will be assigned on arrival.

The rental fee is $25 per table. Once you register please make your e-transfer payment to: eaglebaycommunity@gmail.com

Set up begins at 8:00 am and teardown must be completed by 12:30pm.

Please bring your own float for making change.
Baking Requirements

All baking must be homemade and packaged for sale.

Please identify any common allergens such as nuts, dairy, or gluten.

Bakers are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and food safety at their tables.

Samples may be offered if served in a sanitary way (for example, bite-sized pieces in paper cups).
Presentation

Festive wrapping and creative displays are encouraged.

You may decorate your table to reflect the holiday theme.
Vendor Terms & Conditions

Vendors may begin load-in at the designated time and should be ready before doors open to the public.

Power MAY be supplied if requested in advance.

Vendors are asked to remain set up for the full duration of the event.

Table fees must be paid in advance.

Vendors are responsible for their own sales transactions and for complying with any health, safety, or licensing requirements relevant to their products.

The EBCA is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of vendor items.
