The Eagle Bay Community Hall is a old fashion rural meeting place that offers a great space to host meetings, parties, weddings and receptions.  Our dance floor is pretty special and our stage has been the backdrop to many theatrical events.

What’s included in a booking?

Rental is for the hall only. Tables, chairs, and kitchen facilities are available depending on the rental option you choose.

How much does it cost?

There are daily, hourly, and weekend rates. Pricing varies depending on whether you need the full hall, the kitchen, or just part of the facility.

Is the hall suitable for my event?

The hall can host up to 100 people. It works well for meetings, workshops, community gatherings, private parties, and special events.

Are there extra requirements?

Insurance and a deposit may be required depending on the event. Full details are outlined in the Rental Agreement.

What about the park?

Use of Eagle Bay Community Park is separate from the hall. Enquiries must be made directly to the CSRD at 250-833-5917.
